Our History

My CPR Pros was started in 2006 by our current owners, Shannon & Sue Ann Miller. Before that, Shannon & Sue Ann owned a training center in Norton, Massachusetts. In total, their companies have taught tens of thousands of individuals important life-saving CPR, First Aid, BLS, & ACLS skills.

Our Headquarters & Training Center

Our headquarters is located just north of Charlotte, North Carolina, near beautiful Lake Norman. Our local as well as national accounts are coordinated here at our 4,500 sq. ft. state-of-the-art training center in Huntersville, North Carolina. Stop on by and check it out. Sue Ann exercises executive oversight over all training center operations at My CPR Pros LLC. As Founder of My CPR Pros LLC Sue Ann takes the lead in shaping the overall direction of the company.

Sue Ann has over 10 years experience as an ECC instructor for Medic First Aid, ASHI, ECSI, and the American Heart Association.
